Collection and use of information
As a standard practice, our website compiles logs of information that your browser sends to our website, which includes your IP address and the specification of our website's components you access. We use this information solely to monitor unauthorized system access attempts and other malicious attack attempts and to better protect our website against them. We remove this information after two years.
The only other way we receive Personally Identifiable Information about you is through the contact forms on the website, which ask for your name and your email address. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site and plan to use it to design educational programs at a school to be formally established in spring 2019. It is up to you what information you decide to share with us besides your name and email. We keep these messages in order to be able to get back to you with the right context and to optimize the way we communicate with our students, our prospective students, and our other contacts outside of the school. By default, we keep these messages for ten years, which roughly corresponds to the time a typical Ph.D. degree holder spent at universities. We will delete these messages as soon as we can if you ask us to do so. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to ask whether you grant us your permission to contact you again in the future to tell you about our educational programs and initiatives.
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than the school mentioned above, except for situations when this is required to comply with the law or with reasonable requests by law enforcement agencies. We will not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to anyone.
Your access to and control over your information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by letting us know by email, by phone, or by sending us a message via the contact form.
As stated above, besides the website access logs, the only Personally Identifiable Information about you our website collects is the information you choose to send to us via the contact forms. We will delete these messages if you ask us to do so. You can correct any inaccuracies in this information by contacting us. You can also ask us what messages from you we keep, and we will provide this information to you.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect information via the contact forms, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers storing Personally Identifiable Information are kept in a secure environment.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 15 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from Children under the age of 15. Parents or guardians who find that their Children provided Personally Identifiable Information or any other personal information to us should contact us immediately, and we will remove it. Similarly, if we learn that we collected Personally Identifiable Information or any other personal information from Children under the age of 15, we will remove it without delay.
If you are a parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 and would like him/her to join our school, please contact us. We could make our instruction available to him/her, after ensuring that all legal conditions are properly satisfied. We know there are talented people under the age of 18 who can benefit from our classes.
Later, when our project expands to the area of educating children, separate terms and policies will cover those activities, in compliance with all relevant laws.
